How will Home information packs (Hips) affect solicitors?
On the 14th of December 2007, all properties marketed for sale require a Home Information pack (hip).

This has brought about a major change to the way that solicitors work, and has meant many of the larger Hip providers that are heavily involved in conveyancing are taking a larger share of available work than ever before, therefore it is becoming more important to take an active role in the Hip process.
 
How can Hipsco help with our Home Information Pack process?
