Hipsco was formed in 2004 for the sole purpose of provision of Home Information Packs. We have spent the last two years perfecting our Home Information Pack proposition to make it as user friendly and efficient as possible, something we are proud to say through feedback from Estate Agents and other industry professionals, we have achieved.

Who we work with

Hipsco has teamed up with what we feel are the top people in the industry to bring you the total solution to your Home Information Pack needs, we have given a brief description of the companies involved below.

SAVA

SAVA Business Exchange is the prime supplier of high quality Home Condition Reports (HCRs) and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs). Sava have one of the largest networks of Home Inspectors and Energy Assessors in England and Wales, which will enable them to provide EPCs and HCRs quickly and efficiently to allow you to market your clients property.

FSP

We chose FSP as they have set out standards of both print quality and service that we feel is unrivalled in the publishing of Hips

Their production capabilities are market leading and they can cope with the demands the new packs will make on their resources and have sufficient capacity should the need arise during busier periods.

What we provide

Put quite simply, we provide everything you need post 1st June to make sure you can provide Home Information Packs to your clients on time, every time.

We have made massive investments in technology to enable this to happen and along with our partners will ensure the smooth no nonsense transition your business needs.

What’s the cost?

The table below shows the full cost of the Home Information Pack printed in a high quality format, including a CD and delivered to you or your customer’s door. You will also be able to download the pack via our web-based system.

We have an extensive menu based system should you require any additional features such as further copies of the report, environmental searches, etc.

Why use us

Hipsco have developed what we believe to be the most comprehensive yet easy to use system in the market place today, we are committed to keeping it simple and providing you with a Hip Pack within five days to enable you to market your clients property.

When using our 9 months deferred finance package there is no need to hold a Consumer Credit Licence as we felt this was further burdening sellers and particular Estate Agents with yet more red tape and additional cost.

We provide all the marketing material you will need to correctly inform your client of the new Hip regulation including A4 and A5 posters, window stickers and leaflets.

Hipsco have streamlined the whole Hips process and have removed, as much as possible, the need to send documents away to avoid placing extra work on your already limited time.

Finance

Pay Now – Hipsco has arranged instant payment facilities through its web-based system, your client can pay for their Home Information Pack with all major UK credit and debit cards. This facility is provided via Streamline and Worldpay (both owned by RBS) and is very fast and highly secure.

Pay Later – We have arranged 9 months deferred period finance option on all packs, this does not require the seller of the pack to have a Consumer Credit Licence and requires only minimal input from the seller.

Training

Hipsco employs a variety of training methods to make sure you and your staff are conversant with Hips and their production. When registered you will be given training on using our system so that by the 1st of June you are confident and able to produce Hips efficiently.
