Hipsco launch EPC for landlords and Letting Agents

Hipsco have launched an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) service for landlords and letting agents, the new ordering process will be integrated into the current Hip ordering system, and EPCs only will be charged at £85 + vat.

Richard Richmond Managing director comments” the new EPC only system, will allow Estate Agents and Letting Agents to order an EPC through the same easy to use Hip system, there is also a facility to add extra to the EPC charge to cover administration, the extra amount will be paid back weekly to the agent by BACS”
