Deferred payments still available with Hipsco

After the announcement of the sad news that Hip payment services will cease offering deferred payment facilities for the Hips market from the 31st August,  Hipsco are offering Estate Agents the opportunity to try their unique deferred scheme, which is funded by Hipsco themselves.

The scheme offers deferred payments over 9 months, costs an additional 10%, and does not require the agent to hold a consumer credit licence.

Richard Richmond managing director comments “ the closure of Hip payment services, is a blow to an already weak housing market, Hipsco are fortunate, that their deferred scheme is internally funded and as such does not rely on banks or other financial institutions to allow it to operate.

We are continuing to offer these facilities to existing and any new agents should they require our services”

If any Estate Agents are worried that their provider won’t be able to offer a deferred scheme to their clients, they should check by visiting Hip Payment Services website at www.hippayment.com or ask their current Hip supplier.
