Home Information Packs - Green groups welcome MPs vote

Green groups have backed the vote by MPs for the introduction of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) - as part of Home Information Packs (Hips) - on 1st June.

Friends of the Earth, WWF-UK and CPRE say that EPCs can play an important role in tackling the UK's contribution to climate change.
